Crossing Cultures

National Church Organizations, Church Planters and Expatriate Missionaries

National church organizations, local churches, national pastors, national church planters and expatriate missionaries can partner with CCI. Here is the process:
     a. TEACHER TRAINING WORKSHOP
The policy of BTCP is that you attend the two-day Teacher Training Workshop (TTW) to become a certified trainer with CCI. CCI is an approved ministry partner with BTCP and is authorized to lead the Teacher Training Workshop.
The purpose of the Teacher Training Workshop is to train all teachers or trainers of a partner or partners in the philosophy and use of the BTCP concept and curriculum. This two-day Teacher Training Workshop includes the following subjects:
          i. History of BTCP and CCI
ii. Introduction- why the need for leadership training and the condition of the church worldwide
iii. Biblical Basis for Equipping and Multiplying Leaders
iv. BTCP Overview (motivating passages, concept, curriculum, qualified students, qualified teachers, how to start a class)
          v. Sample lessons from the BTCP manuals
     b. SIGNING OF THE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT AND TEACHER APPLICATION
At the end of the Teacher Training Workshop, the partner signs the Partnership Agreement and fills out the Teacher Application (included in the Partnership Agreement).
Partners must agree in substance with the CCI statement of faith. Partners may disagree in areas of non-essentials (such as the timing of the rapture, eschatology, and spiritual gifts).

Steps for implementation for partnering with Crossing Cultures International:

     a. Contact David Nelson to schedule a Teacher Training Workshop.
     b. Recruit qualified teachers in your organization. Partners who host a Teacher Training Workshop are encouraged to invite other link minded churches in the area.
     c. Financial Remuneration. Hosts are asked to provide for the following:
          a. Airfare, lodging and food
          b. Love offering or honorarium
In developing countries, the above financial commitment is negotiable depending upon the partner's budget and CCI's budget.
