Crossing Cultures

North American Churches

North American Churches can partner with CCI. The process is the similar to non-North American partners. North American Churches use the BTCP Concept and Curriculum in training core leadership of the church who serves in the local church and who will serve in mission contexts. In short, a North American church can use the BTCP concept and curriculum as a training program within their own context to train church planters and missionaries for missional service. Some North American Churches have used BTCP in foreign contexts where they have current relationships. These churches desire to be directly involved in global missions. North American churches also sponsor CCI training classes in other countries. In summary, North American Churches can:
     a. Use BTCP to train core leadership and missionaries sent out by the church
     b. Use BTCP in mission contexts
     c. Sponsor CCI classes in mission contexts

Steps for implementation for partnering with Crossing Cultures International:

     a. Contact David Nelson to schedule a Teacher Training Workshop.
     b. Recruit qualified teachers in your organization. Partners who host a Teacher Training Workshop are encouraged to invite other link minded churches in the area.
     c. Financial Remuneration. Hosts are asked to provide for the following:
          a. Airfare, lodging and food
          b. Love offering or honorarium
In developing countries, the above financial commitment is negotiable depending upon the partner's budget and CCI's budget.
